Heavy Metals Flue Gas Continuous Monitoring System X-ray Fluorescence CEMS For Lead Cadmium Copper

>>Overview

Heavy metals in flue gas mainly originate from smelters or lead-acid battery enterprises, spreading into the atmosphere through exhaust emissions. The heavy metals in flue gas mainly include mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), thallium (Tl), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), and their compounds. They have a long residence time in the atmosphere, are not degraded by microorganisms, and can be converted into highly toxic organometallic compounds, thereby causing great harm to human health and the environment.

The AG-HM07 online continuous monitoring system for heavy metals in flue gas is a device developed by Longsun specifically for heavy metal pollution from waste gas sources. The instrument adopts heat‑trace extraction technology and isokinetic sampling for particulate matter in flue gas. After reducing the moisture and temperature of the flue gas to a certain level, the particulate matter is automatically enriched on a roll‑shaped filter membrane.

A high‑precision XRF analysis module is then used to accurately calculate the concentration of heavy metals in the flue gas particulates, continuously and online monitoring the content of various heavy metal pollutants such as lead, chromium, cadmium, and arsenic in the flue gas. This meets the requirements for composition monitoring, emission supervision, and total pollution control of heavy metal pollution from waste gas sources. The system can also transmit monitoring data and information to environmental protection authorities to ensure that pollutant concentrations and total emissions from discharging enterprises meet the standards.

>>Feature

Flexibility
● Typically, analysis results are available every 15 minutes. The sampling and analysis time is programmable, and measurement results are displayed in real time, making it convenient to view on‑site data.

Data Transmission
● Equipped with multiple data transmission methods such as RS232/485, USB, GPRS, ADSL, and Ethernet, enabling remote transmission, monitoring, and verification of operating parameters, status, and data.

Safety
● Professional multi‑layer radiation protection ensures no radiation leakage from the instrument in any direction.

Intelligence
● Automatic quality control with built‑in standard elements allows automatic checking of the system’s long‑term stability. No operator attendance is required; operation and maintenance are simple. Apart from the filter tape, there are essentially no other daily consumables.

Alarm System
● Equipped with an intelligent alarm system, including alarms for abnormal probe head temperature, abnormal condenser temperature, abnormal heating temperature, and low flow velocity.

Data Storage
● Instrument and system logging functions record various system operating status parameters, serving as the basis for traceability of data accuracy and reliability.
